Wonderful Winter Blue Boots.

Happy new year! So, this is the post of 2016 even though I sort of wrote in 2015 ,but oh well.

For Christmas my lovely Dad bought some shoes that I have been lusting over for ages. they are from the website Deichmann shoes. The website is full of beautiful shoes for men, women and children at really affordable prices. In the winter I tend to mostly wear boots as the ground is wet and muddy, so all my boots have gotten a little worn and a bit dirty. Therefore I wanted something more special which came in the form of these Graceland navy blue ankle boots. The collection edited by Hanneli Mustaparta is exclusively online.

If you have ever heard of Hanneli you know that she is serious in the fashion world as she has worked for vogue and her blog is stunning. She helped collaborate in Autumn of last year with Deichmann, so I am a bit behind talking about them, but I just know that these are going to serve me well. I don't need many practical elements to my shoes at the moment, so I'm not worried about the heel even though it is one of the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. Some may disagree, but I cannot see the problem with after walking round in them for hours and hours. The pointed toe really flatter my feet and I just think that they are so fashionable for a women at any age.

Everything about the design is perfect for me from the gold of the zip to the heel size, but I think the best part is the colour. I wear so much navy and dark blue that its hard to find an outfit that does not compliment these boots. I wore my trusty new look coat that I've in a few blog posts now with a plain, but classic polo neck top from Nobody's child that I also bought in black, so I wear them all the time and  there is no surprise that I am wearing my Foxford scarf. I visited Foxford again a couple of weeks ago and had to really restrain myself from buying more scarfs.

Even though my bag is looking a little ruff around the edges it has done me well as it was my school bag for years.  It is from The Cambridge Satchel Company and I think it is my most used bag because the classic design is practical and so wearable. I really should buy another, but I don't know if I could ever replace my trusty navy blue satchel as we have quite a bond now.

What are your favorite shoes?

Sparkle in winter.

Hello, I hope you are having a lovely day. I'm uploading now, because I had some technical difficulties with a card reader, but I have now resolved the issue.
Last week I was scouring the internet as one does, because I decided I needed new shoes;  I asked my sister if I needed them and she said "you always need new sparkly shoes", so I went ahead and bought them, which is probably not true, but when I saw these I just knew that I would wear them all the time.

I was right! The black goes with everything and the style is really cute for every day and in the evening. Also, they are really comfortable which is a big plus for me as I have to do a lot of walking, so not getting blisters is a great thing. They were £25 and were completely worth it as I have worn them everyday for a week now to show that they really do go with everything.

I was afraid that the jewels on the front would not be totally secure, but the quality is unbelievable. However the fabric is satin which is not great in the rain, however they are really easy to keep clean and looking new. I would recommend these to anyone because Asos always gets it right. (You can tell I love Asos.) What are your favorite shoes?

My new autumn shoes.

I am truly enjoying autumn and everything that comes with, but most of all I'm loving the fashion. I love the colours and comfyness of autumn clothes so I tend to keep to the same clothes. I really wanted to try something completely new.
I've been looking at some similar shoes on Asos but my sister came across these in Debenhams, so she very kindly bought them for me.

These leopard print shoes are not everyone's cup of tea and I wasn't even sure about them at first as I usually wear plainer clothes and avoid patterns. I decided to just go for it and push the boat out because I think fashion should be fun and a bit crazy. It should be who you are and for me that is crazy.
I've been wearing these shoes for a week now and I love them even with the blister they gave me. They have made my black jeans and plain thin jumpers so much more interesting which is great in sixth form as I can express myself more now I don't wear uniform anymore.

I've never worn shoes from kurt Geiger before, so it was fun to try as I usually buy shoes from Primark as they get worn a lot! My feet no longer grow, do the only time I get get rid of my shoes is when they get ruined which happens more often then it should. I'm going to try hard to take care of these shoes because they were a present and I think they are pretty.

Have a lovely day.

You can find them here at Debenhams.

Suede skirt.

Hello, after my previous post that went on forever I thought I should go back to a fashion type post. I have just been to France on a long weekend where it was very hot. (Got up to 39 degrees at one point. That was too hot) I am starting sixth form in a couple of days, so I've been buying s few pieces that will take me into autumn.

A bought this suede skirt from New Look for £14.99 here. I went for a wonder with my sister and niece which was a perfect opportunity for photos. This outfit is defiantly going to be a good one for sixthform as I can make it warmer with more layers and just keep it like that for warm days. In my sixth you don't have to wear business dress which is good, because you can be more independent with your style. (Within limits) The shirt is from Primark and has been on this blog a few times before. the burgundy shoes are also from Primark.

I'm sorry that the posts have been infrequent to say the least. They will defiantly be on every Saturday from now on since I am no longer on holiday.
Have a great week.

April favorites.

Hello, I thought this week I would do an April favorites, because I usually just stick to talk about one thing, so I'm going to talk about a few things. Here are the things I've been loving this month even if they a bit random without explanation.

So these are my new walking boots that I have bought for my Duke of Edinburgh award which I shall be doing as you are reading this, so please think dry warm weather thoughts for me. I already have walking boots which are extremely comfy but they do not have ankle support with is really needed. I shall be walking 48k this weekend so they have to be broken in otherwise my feet will be covered in painful blisters.I bought them from Go outdoors which is fantastic for things outdoorsy. (Obviously) But they are really good for clothes, tents and all sorts. I really hope these boots live up to my expectations.

As the sun is coming out to say hello I am looking forward to getting more colour in my skin. I never have and probably never will be a fake tanner, mostly because I'm scared it will go wrong knowing me.But I discovered this from one of my older sisters (perks of being the youngest child). It is a great moisturizer and as you can see it gradually helps you tan. I have found you actually have to go out in the sun, because it won't suddenly appear overnight. I do think it helps as there hasn't been that much sun to give me the more tanned look I now sport. When I mean tan I don't mean orange ,but I'm just no longer paper white.

I wore these in a previous post when I was playing with my new yellow coat. I love them so much because of the shape and colour. They are cat eyed and brown with speckles on. I found them in a shop called pound stretchers which isn't usually the kind of shop I go in, but I'm so pleased that I did. They were 99p! I don't know how long they will last but I will enjoy them while they do.

Loving this foundation is nothing new for the internet. I haven't been able to where has it had been the wrong shade but now its perfect. I love the consistency, the feel of it and how it looks. I only have to use a small pump on the back of my hand to cover my face. It lasts as long as I won't it to and it has SPF in so I know my skin will be protected. I would recommend this foundation to anyone.
What have you been loving this month?
